In this role, you will act as the face of the brand, providing expert guidance to customers and ensuring that every home improvement need is met with precision and quality.
As a Product Consultant, you will not just sell products; you will create solutions for our customers' modern kitchen and lifestyle requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively promote and sell MODENA home appliance products to retail customers.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and technical advice to assist customers in making informed buying decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and inventory display.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and monitor stock availability at the retail outlet.
- Gather customer feedback to assist in market analysis and product improvement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work on a contract basis, including weekends and shifts.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for daily reporting.
- Residing in or willing to work in the Badung, Bali area.
