As a Product Consultant, you will act as the face of Modena, providing expert guidance to customers and ensuring our high standards of service are maintained. You will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and driving sell-out achievements. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate sell-out sales performance for the sales consultant team.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations to customers to drive conversion.
- Maintain high standards of product knowledge and store display excellence.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with store management to implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and target achievement techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Able to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Domiciled in or willing to be placed in Bukittinggi.
