We are seeking a dynamic Product Consultant to join our team at Staffinc Group in Sumbawa. This role is pivotal in driving sales excellence by monitoring and evaluating sales performance across our Modena retail locations. You will serve as the product knowledge expert, providing continuous training and support to sales teams to maximize sell-through targets. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, develop strategic sales initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product visibility and customer satisfaction. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape sales strategies in a growing market while contributing to the professional development of our retail workforce.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics for individual sales consultants
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs for retail teams
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional strategies
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Ensure product availability and merchandising standards are met
- Support new product launches through market research and training
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales or product consulting role
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of retail operations and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred
