Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance of consultants to achieve monthly sell-out targets
- Provide hands-on coaching to sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize product visibility and conversion rates
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
- Conduct regular training sessions on new products and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with store management to align sales activities with business objectives

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
