Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best-fit Xiaomi products.
- Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of smartphones and IoT devices.
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge regarding Xiaomi's latest technology and software updates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores.
- Manage inventory displays and ensure the store environment is visually appealing and compliant with brand standards.
- Provide after-sales support and basic troubleshooting guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute local promotional events and sales campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Mandatory: Ability to communicate fluently and professionally in English.
- Previous experience in retail sales, consumer electronics, or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and persuasive personality.
- Passionate about consumer electronics and the Xiaomi brand ecosystem.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or mobile point-of-sale systems.
