Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional, personalized product consultations to walk-in customers.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and team monthly targets.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting and premium store aesthetic.
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records in our POS system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recurring clients to drive loyalty and retention.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment requests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Beauty or Sales is a plus.
- Proven track record in retail sales or customer-facing roles (1-3 years experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
- High level of enthusiasm and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor suitable for the aesthetic industry.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
