Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all products offered by PT Bumi Estetika Perkasa.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Execute effective sales demonstrations to highlight product benefits and features.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting product display area.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market insight feedback for management.
- Collaborate with the retail team to optimize store operations and inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant, Retail Associate, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent presentation skills and a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Deep understanding of the Yogyakarta consumer market is a significant advantage.
