Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive product consultations and demonstrations to customers, highlighting features and benefits of Samsung ecosystem devices.
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by identifying customer needs and offering personalized tech recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising, product displays, and inventory organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability for high-demand items.
- Execute retail marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive store traffic and achieve sales targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries or technical issues promptly to maintain high levels of brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred; experience with consumer electronics is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical specifications in simple, engaging terms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift work (including weekends and holidays).
- Proficient in using basic computer applications and digital transaction tools.
