Mega Fortris is a global leader in specialized security solutions, and we are looking for a strategic Product & Costing Manager to join our team in Shah Alam. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of manufacturing efficiency and commercial strategy, where you will be responsible for the health and profitability of our product portfolio.
As the Product & Costing Manager, you will lead the product roadmap, ensuring our offerings remain competitive through rigorous market analysis and precise costing structures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate market needs into successful product launches while maintaining meticulous control over SKU data and Bill of Materials (BOM). Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy and long-term roadmap.
- Perform detailed product costing analysis and manage the accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Lead market research initiatives to identify industry trends, competitor movements, and pricing opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Sales departments to facilitate seamless new product launches.
- Monitor and optimize product margins through strategic pricing and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of all SKUs, including maintenance in the ERP system.
- Prepare data-driven reports on product performance and profitability for senior management.
- Provide technical product support and training to internal sales and marketing teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product management, costing, or commercial analysis within a manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for data modeling.
- Proven track record in managing complex Bill of Materials (BOM) and SKU lifecycles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on margin optimization and market positioning.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders across departments.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
