Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine product designs using advanced 3D CAD modeling software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into technical design specifications.
- Conduct product prototyping and testing to ensure quality standards and structural integrity.
- Optimize design processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Maintain technical documentation, including assembly drawings, BOMs, and engineering change orders.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends in product design and material science.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product performance and aesthetics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product development or industrial manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and prototyping techniques.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
