Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and design new features and user journeys.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and visual language across all products.
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer, preferably in the SaaS or Tech industry.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, or React) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI skills and a problem-solving approach.
