You will be responsible for translating abstract ideas into concrete prototypes and high-fidelity designs. Additionally, you will oversee the production timeline, managing sample work and ensuring that design quality is preserved from concept to final delivery. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with the development team to drive product development and ensure design fidelity in the final product.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences by creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Oversee the production timeline and manage sample work to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams clearly and persuasively.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and changing business requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role within a product-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and mobile-responsive design patterns.
- Excellent prototyping skills with the ability to create interactive mockups that demonstrate user flows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Experience managing the product development lifecycle from concept to production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
