Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end product design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and secure buy-in for design decisions
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes for digital products
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design approaches
- Ability to work effectively in agile development environments
