Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ product designers, setting performance goals and professional development paths
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, UI patterns, and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, interactive mockups, and design specifications
- Present design strategies and solutions to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ensure design consistency across digital products while maintaining innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of product design experience
- 2+ years in design leadership or management role with proven team development success
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design solutions with measurable impact
- Experience with user research methodologies, A/B testing, and data-driven design
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English with exceptional presentation skills
- Proven ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
