Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design innovative sportswear and footwear collections that meet market demands.
- Create high-quality technical drawings, flat lay sketches, and detailed design specifications.
- Collaborate with the product development team to select appropriate materials and ensure optimal garment fit.
- Develop mood boards and visual concepts that clearly articulate the brand identity and aesthetic.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends in the athletic and sportswear industry.
- Review prototypes and provide constructive feedback to refine designs for mass production.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and management, effectively communicating the vision and rationale.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in product design, specifically within the sportswear or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of textile properties, fabric construction, and garment manufacturing processes.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a history of sportswear, athleisure, or performance apparel design work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly to technical teams.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment.
