Tanggung Jawab

  • Conceptualize and develop new food and beverage products, from initial ideation to final launch.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and taste panels to ensure consistent quality and flavor profiles.
  • Manage recipe standardization and create detailed production guides for all new product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage ingredient sourcing and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor food costs and maintain strict adherence to profitability targets without compromising on quality.
  • Stay updated with global and local culinary trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive and innovative.
  • Support operational training by educating store staff on the preparation and presentation of new menu items.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations throughout the development process.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development or a senior culinary role within the F&B industry.
  • Deep understanding of food technology, ingredients, and flavor chemistry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on food cost management and P&L understanding.
  • Highly creative with an eye for detail and aesthetics in food presentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and F&B management software is an advantage.
