Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in creating comprehensive tech packs, detailed flat sketches, and design specifications for production.
- Source fabrics, trims, and hardware according to design briefs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to monitor sampling and production timelines.
- Conduct quality control checks on proto-samples and production pieces to ensure fit and construction accuracy.
- Maintain and organize the design library, sample room, and fabric swatch archives.
- Support the design team in researching current market trends, fabric innovations, and color forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric specifications.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian to coordinate with local artisans and international teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sample deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating fashion design sketches, tech packs, or product development work.
