Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of new products from concept through to mass production.
- Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
- Conduct thorough design feasibility studies, structural analysis, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production.
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure all technical documentation meets industry standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement design modifications to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Support prototype builds and participate in rigorous testing protocols to validate product specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in product design within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and engineering material properties.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical assemblies and improve design for manufacturability (DFM).
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance in product design is highly advantageous.
