Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product development or R&D within the packaging industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and laboratory testing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable materials, polymer science, and environmental standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
