Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) from conceptual design to mass production
- Drive APQP and PPAP methodologies to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality) to achieve project milestones
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation including specifications and process plans
- Conduct design reviews and risk assessments to mitigate production issues
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure products meet safety standards and customer requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product development and manufacturing processes
- Advanced knowledge of APQP and PPAP methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering tools
- Strong project management skills with cross-functional team leadership
- Experience in precision engineering or high-volume manufacturing
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
