In this role, you will be the bridge between initial design concepts and the final, shelf-ready product.
You will play a pivotal role in translating intricate sketches into full technical specifications for our iconic fashion dolls. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate conceptual sketches into detailed technical drawings and functional product specifications.
- Lead the development process for fabric art creation and doll manufacturing components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to streamline the manufacturing process.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure product safety, durability, and functionality.
- Manage the creation of bill of materials (BOM) and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement engineering solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Oversee prototype development, from rapid prototyping to final mold approval.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development, preferably within the consumer goods or toy industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) and PLM systems.
- Strong understanding of material properties, particularly textiles and plastics.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret and execute complex design briefs.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight production deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
