- Design, prototype, and validate new product solutions using engineering best practices
- Analyze product requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable development plans
- Utilize SQL for data analysis, reporting, and optimization of product performance metrics
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout product lifecycle
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product initiatives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including CAD models and test protocols
- Implement design improvements based on user feedback and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in product development lifecycle
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and prototyping tools
- Experience with DFMEA and design validation methodologies
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams across global markets
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
