Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end apparel product development lifecycle from initial design concepts through to final production.
- Collaborate with design teams to translate sketches into technical packages, ensuring all design intent is captured.
- Monitor and manage sample development processes, including fitting sessions and iterative adjustments to meet quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate closely with vendors and manufacturers to ensure cost targets, lead times, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments on fabric selection, construction methods, and hardware to prevent production delays.
- Maintain a comprehensive development tracker to provide stakeholders with real-time status updates on all active projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in development workflows and cost-efficiency without compromising product integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in apparel product development or technical design within a retail or manufacturing setting.
- In-depth technical knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and fabric properties.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and navigate complex supply chain dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PLM software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
