Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full life cycle of product development from initial concept through to commercialization.
- Manage the formulation process for beauty, health, and wellness products, ensuring high quality and efficacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Procurement to align development with business goals.
- Conduct sensory and stability testing to ensure product excellence and market performance.
- Oversee laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior formulators and technicians to foster professional growth and technical proficiency.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all formulations, ingredient lists, and batch records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in cosmetic or personal care formulation.
- Deep understanding of cosmetic regulations (BPOM) and safety guidelines in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to translate market trends into innovative product formulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing a team of scientists or lab personnel.
- Proficiency in laboratory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
