In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, launching, and managing cutting-edge Unit Trust products that cater to the evolving financial needs of our diverse clientele.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment managers, legal, compliance, and marketing, to deliver market-leading solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new unit trust funds, from conceptualization to regulatory approval and market launch.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify investment trends and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all product documentation, such as prospectuses and marketing materials, are accurate and compliant.
- Manage the performance monitoring and lifecycle review of existing unit trust products to ensure they meet yield expectations.
- Liaise with regulators, including the Securities Commission Malaysia, to ensure strict adherence to industry guidelines and legal standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance product competitiveness and overall market share within the banking sector.
- Provide technical product training and support to the frontline sales and wealth advisory teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in product development or fund management within the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Securities Commission (SC) guidelines, FIMM rules, and general investment regulations in Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, market data analysis, and product profitability assessment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to present complex investment concepts clearly.
- Relevant certifications such as CMSRL or FIMM registration would be considered a significant advantage.
