- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform product development strategies
- Develop and maintain product specifications including materials, construction, and quality standards
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee sampling processes to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Create and manage product costing to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring profit margins
- Coordinate with design teams to translate creative concepts into commercially viable products
- Monitor production quality and resolve any issues that arise during manufacturing
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective product launch strategies
- Track product performance and provide insights for future product development cycles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development for fashion apparel
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and production teams
- Proficiency in product development software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Indonesian garment industry and local manufacturing processes
