We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will lead product definition, technology integration, and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure successful product development from concept to production. - Lead product definition and technology integration for new product development projects.
- Manage subcontractors and oversee supply chain coordination to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure product manufacturability and alignment with industry standards and regulations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among R&D, operations, quality, and marketing teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks; implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Maintain strong customer focus and ensure satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product development project management, preferably in electronics or optical industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Experience with subcontractor management and global supply chains.
- Proficiency in project management software and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
