In this role, you will be at the intersection of creative product formulation and the complex world of regulatory compliance, ensuring our health and nutrition products meet the highest safety and quality standards.
As our Senior Executive, you will lead the charge in bringing cutting-edge nutraceutical solutions from concept to shelf. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative formulations while managing essential registration processes with health authorities. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization and raw material sourcing to final product formulation.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance for all health supplements and food products with local authorities (e.g., NPRA, KKM).
- Manage the submission and maintenance of product registration dossiers and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and stability testing to maintain product efficacy and shelf-life standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure seamless scale-up and manufacturing processes.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging nutrition science, and evolving regulatory requirements within the ASEAN region.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality and consistency of raw materials used in formulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in product development and regulatory affairs within the food or nutraceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of local food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and health supplement registration procedures.
- Proficient in formulation software and technical documentation management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
