Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and analyze market trends to conceptualize innovative product ideas.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from prototype to mass production.
- Source, vet, and maintain professional relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards to ensure competitive margins.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align product launches with overall marketing strategies.
- Monitor inventory health and analyze sales performance to optimize reordering processes.
- Conduct regular quality control assessments to ensure products meet company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product development, merchandising, or sourcing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of production processes and cost-structure management.
