Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and innovation of new food products, from concept ideation to final commercialization.
- Collaborate with global R&D teams to adapt international formulations for the local Indonesian palate.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and pilot testing to ensure product consistency, quality, and consumer appeal.
- Partner with the supply chain and procurement departments to source high-quality raw materials that meet cost-efficiency targets.
- Manage the documentation of product specifications, nutritional profiles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Analyze competitor trends and market feedback to proactively suggest improvements to the existing product portfolio.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales departments to prepare product launches and support promotional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in product development or R&D within the Food & Beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes, food safety standards (HACCP, ISO), and regulatory requirements in Indonesia (BPOM).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple product development streams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical reporting to track project milestones and product performance.
- Passionate about food innovation and a proactive mindset for market-driven problem solving.
