Cimory Group, a leading name in the food and beverage sector, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Development Staff to join our team in Bogor. In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of our 'Other Beverage' product line, ensuring that every product we launch meets the highest standards of quality, flavor, and consumer appeal.

As part of our Product Development team, you will bridge the gap between creative concepts and technical execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to test formulations, conduct sensory evaluations, and ensure smooth transitions from pilot production to full-scale manufacturing. If you are a problem-solver with a strong background in food technology or a related field, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct product research and development for new beverage concepts to expand our market footprint.
  • Perform laboratory-scale formulation and benchtop trials to refine flavor profiles and texture.
  • Manage the scaling process from laboratory prototypes to pilot plant production.
  • Collaborate with the QC/QA team to ensure all new products comply with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct shelf-life studies and sensory evaluations to optimize product stability and quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test results, formulas, and raw material specifications.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to source high-quality ingredients and additives.
  • Analyze competitor products and consumer feedback to suggest continuous improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Deep understanding of food science principles, ingredients, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sensory evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning in food technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
