Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to drive strategic product decisions.
- Collaborate with procurement and supplier teams to ensure timely and cost-effective material sourcing.
- Manage the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance, development progress, and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in similar roles such as Category Manager, Buyer, Planner, Product Manager, Purchasing, or Data Analyst.
- Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
