Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of product development engineers to deliver high-quality semiconductor solutions.
- Drive the full product development lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to final system-level validation and mass production.
- Utilize data-driven methodologies to analyze performance bottlenecks and optimize NAND architectures.
- Collaborate closely with global R&D teams to translate technical requirements into scalable, robust product designs.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement through regular design reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between development efforts and business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
- Proven track record in product development, specifically with NAND flash, non-volatile memory, or similar storage technologies.
- Deep understanding of system-level integration, hardware-software co-design, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Python, JMP, or statistical modeling).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams in a global environment.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management software is highly preferred.
