We are seeking a highly experienced Product Director to lead the strategy and execution of the company’s domain platform and AI-driven digital ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical innovation and business objectives, driving the product roadmap to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. You will lead a talented team of product managers and engineers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence while navigating complex market challenges.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the comprehensive product vision and strategy for the domain platform and AI initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, engineers, and designers.
- Drive the product lifecycle from ideation, research, and design to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align product roadmaps with overall business goals.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-value features.
- Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Product Director/VP).
- Strong background in Information Technology, specifically within domain platforms, SaaS, or AI-driven digital solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product lifecycles.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
