As a Product Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our vertically integrated manufacturing ecosystem. You will be the bridge between design, production, and quality, ensuring that our cutting-edge photonic solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. You will work in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving, technical precision, and collaboration are at the core of everything we do. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical product support and resolve manufacturing challenges to ensure seamless production flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product yield, quality, and cycle time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on product failures and implement robust corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage product documentation, including technical specifications, work instructions, and change control processes.
- Support the qualification of new materials, equipment, and processes on the production floor.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in the photonics, semiconductor, or precision electronics industry.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, or Excel) for process control.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Malay (written and verbal).
