Are you ready to take ownership of the entire product lifecycle? Venture Corporation is seeking a talented Product Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in the North Region. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager, overseeing the management of the products’ entire life cycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL).
As a Product Engineer, you will act as a technical bridge between R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. You will drive innovation, ensure product quality, and optimize manufacturing processes to deliver high-value solutions to our global clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, ensuring seamless transition from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, design, and manufacturing to define product requirements and specifications.
- Analyze engineering data and technical requirements to propose feasible design improvements and cost-saving solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure products meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during production, providing immediate engineering support and solutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product engineering, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, specifically NPI and EOL processes.
- Proficiency in using engineering tools such as CAD, PLM, and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
