Tanggung Jawab
- Transition products from design to manufacturing team, ensuring smooth handover and implementation
- Coordinate all design-related issues and provide technical solutions to manufacturing challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and production to optimize product designs
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve product functionality and manufacturability
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including specifications, drawings, and test procedures
- Identify and resolve product design issues, ensuring quality standards are met
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve product development processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about design challenges
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
