Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop new steel-based products using CAD software
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction
- Conduct product testing and quality assurance procedures
- Collaborate with R&D team on material innovation
- Prepare technical documentation and production specifications
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers for component sourcing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years in product development or manufacturing
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of steel fabrication processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality control standards (ISO 9001)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
