Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end product engineering lifecycle from new product introduction (NPI) to mass production.
- Monitor and analyze production yields, identifying root causes for defects and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to provide design-for-manufacturing (DFM) feedback to improve product robustness.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular audits of production lines to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
- Manage engineering change orders (ECO) and ensure seamless implementation in the manufacturing environment.
- Support the selection and qualification of electronic components and manufacturing materials.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment (PCBA/SMT lines preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, testing protocols, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and CAD drawings.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
