Trigyn Technologies Schweiz GmbH is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Engineer (Ivalua) to join our high-performing team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the Ivalua platform to meet the dynamic needs of our global clients. This is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your technical expertise in a remote-first environment while working with one of the most robust Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, system integration, and functional administration of Ivalua modules. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues, streamline procurement workflows, and ensure that our technical solutions align with business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and maintain Ivalua modules to support procurement and supply chain workflows.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional and technical issues within the Ivalua ecosystem.
- Develop and execute test scripts to ensure seamless software updates and integration patches.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage system documentation, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Monitor platform performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and internal team members during deployment phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Product Engineer or System Administrator specifically working with Ivalua.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and Sourcing life cycles.
- Proficiency in system configuration, workflows, and database management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
