Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the engineering team to ensure high-performance execution of production goals.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to increase production efficiency and reduce operational waste.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (QA, R&D, and Production) to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement programs, including Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage the end-to-end product engineering schedule to ensure timely delivery and adherence to cost budgets.
- Conduct regular performance analysis of production lines and identify bottlenecks for technical resolution.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards, safety regulations, and company engineering policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product engineering or manufacturing management, preferably in the electronics/interconnect industry.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, plastic injection molding, and electronic assembly lines.
- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional team leadership.
- Proficient in CAD software, ERP systems, and data-driven analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management systems.
