Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize sanitary ware products to meet market demands and quality standards
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production processes and cost-effective solutions
- Conduct product testing and quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Research and implement new materials, technologies, and manufacturing techniques to improve product performance
- Work with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality components and materials for sanitary ware production
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality standards
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams, assisting with product demonstrations and client presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes affecting the sanitary ware sector
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product engineering or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the sanitary ware industry
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and 3D modeling tools
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and supply chain management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to sanitary ware products
- Experience with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) processes and requirements
