The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Product Engineer (NPI | Project Transfer) to act as the bridge between customer requirements and manufacturing execution. You will ensure seamless transitions from design to mass production.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from prototype to mass production ramp-up, ensuring smooth transitions and timeline adherence.
- Manage full-cycle Project Transfers, coordinating with global teams to relocate products into the Johor facility efficiently.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for customers during NPI and transfer phases, managing technical documentation and communication.
- Review and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM), manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and ensure data integrity in PLM/ERP systems.
- Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) analysis to improve product quality and yield.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Quality, and Production teams to resolve process and component issues promptly.
- Develop project plans, risk assessments, and provide regular status reports to management and customers.
- Drive value engineering and cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Engineer, NPI Engineer, or Process Engineer in the EMS/Electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing NPI and/or Project Transfers within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of PCBA, SMT, Box Build, and final assembly processes.
- Excellent project management skills; PMP or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill, Agile) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; ability to speak Mandarin is a strong plus for interfacing with regional partners.
