Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring smooth transition from design validation to high-volume mass production.
- Provide expert production engineering support, troubleshooting manufacturing issues and optimizing production lines to achieve targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance yield, reduce cycle time, and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
- Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flow charts, and FMEA documentation.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and implement robust corrective and preventive actions.
- Support equipment qualification, process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and the deployment of automated manufacturing solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a closely related field).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in production engineering and NPI within the electronics manufacturing sector.
- Solid understanding of core manufacturing processes (e.g., SMT, Box Build, Final Assembly, Testing).
- Strong proficiency in structured problem-solving tools (8D, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, DMAIC).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). A Yellow or Green Belt certification is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus for effective stakeholder engagement.
