Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement product engineering solutions for semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to product performance and manufacturing processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product yield and manufacturing efficiency
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, procedures, and test plans
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring smooth transition from development to production
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor product engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical process control techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to semiconductor manufacturing
