Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative HVAC units according to technical specifications and market requirements
- Prepare comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate documentation of all components
- Optimize product designs for cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards
- Support production teams by resolving technical issues and improving manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with R&D to implement new technologies and product improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company quality requirements
- Analyze product performance data and implement design improvements based on feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product engineering, preferably in HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and engineering design principles
- Experience with Bill of Materials preparation and product documentation
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production support requirements
- Problem-solving skills with ability to analyze technical issues and implement solutions
- Good understanding of cost control principles in product design and manufacturing
