We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) Analyst to join the dynamic team at Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the guardian of our product compliance data, ensuring that all products meet stringent international environmental regulations.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) lifecycle. This includes obtaining accurate data from R&D and suppliers, maintaining our compliance databases, and communicating critical compliance status to internal stakeholders and external customers. Your work directly impacts our ability to bring high-quality, environmentally responsible products to market globally.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the collection, validation, and management of PEC data for all new and existing products.
- Ensure full compliance with global environmental regulations, including RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and other applicable directives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Quality) to ensure accurate data flow and timely submissions.
- Manage and maintain the PEC database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Prepare and distribute compliance reports, technical data sheets (TDS), and declarations of conformity (DoC).
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify gaps in compliance processes.
- Stay updated on evolving environmental legislation and communicate necessary changes to the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Product Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Assurance within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Deep knowledge of RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and other environmental compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
