You will play a vital role in transforming raw surfaces into premium, market-ready products, leveraging your technical expertise to solve finishing challenges and improve overall product presentation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-quality surface finishing processes including sanding, coating, and polishing.
- Apply resin, clear coats, and specialty paints to various substrates to achieve desired aesthetic results.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to identify and rectify surface defects, scratches, or uneven textures.
- Prepare surfaces through meticulous cleaning, priming, and base-coating procedures.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline finishing workflows and reduce turnaround time.
- Maintain equipment and tools in optimal condition, ensuring a clean and safe workspace.
- Implement color matching and blending techniques to ensure consistency across product batches.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience in furniture manufacturing or high-end product finishing.
- Deep understanding of materials such as resin, varnish, polyurethane, and specialized paints.
- Ability to operate and maintain finishing tools (sprayers, buffers, sanders, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot minute imperfections.
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks in a workshop environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production deadlines.
- Understanding of safety protocols regarding chemical handling and ventilation.
