Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive product governance frameworks for furniture lines
- Ensure compliance with local Indonesian regulations (SNI) and international standards
- Conduct regular quality audits and risk assessments across product lifecycle
- Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams for alignment
- Monitor and report on product performance, safety, and compliance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in furniture governance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in product governance, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
- Deep understanding of furniture industry standards and manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and compliance auditing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in compliance management software and data analysis tools
- Certification in quality management (ISO 9001) or product safety is preferred
