Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of new insurance products and system enhancements within defined timelines and budget.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Product, Actuarial, Distribution Channels) and technical teams (IT, QA) to translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, detailed schedules, risk logs, and regular progress reports for steering committees.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks, resource constraints, and technical dependencies to ensure minimal disruption to delivery timelines.
- Coordinate and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring business requirements are thoroughly validated and signed off prior to deployment.
- Facilitate change management and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve the product delivery framework.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of project management experience, with a specific focus on product implementation within the Insurance industry (Life, Health, or General Insurance).
- Strong working knowledge of insurance product development life cycles and core policy administration systems.
- Proven expertise in managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly advantageous.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment.
